Service Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the scheduled
appointment. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a nominal cancellation
fee, depending on the type and scope of the service.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed or if there was
a significant issue on our part. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of
service completion. Each request will be reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution.

Rescheduling Services

If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will
make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain consultation fees, custom assessments, or project estimates may be non-refundable.
We clearly communicate any non-refundable charges before the service begins.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding refunds or cancellations, our team will work with you to
